A simple booking request flow is part of Business at R8 500. A full booking system, with availability per person, class capacity and calendar invites, falls under Commerce and Systems, from R14 000. Either way there is no monthly platform fee and no commission per booking.

How does this compare with Booksy or Fresha?

Booking platforms either charge a monthly subscription or take a commission on a new client's first booking, while a booking system on your own site costs neither and belongs to you. The platforms do bring you people browsing their app, which your own site does not, so the trade is fees against discovery.

Do clients have to download anything?

No. It runs in the browser on your site, and the calendar invite goes into the calendar already on their phone.

Can a clinic use this?

Yes, for booking times. Health details are special personal information under POPIA, so the booking asks only for what is needed to hold the slot, and anything clinical stays out of WhatsApp. We set it up that way from the start.
