A booking system built around how a Pilates studio runs
A studio sells a fixed number of places, taught by specific instructors, at specific times. The booking system should know all of that, so a client can never book a place that does not exist.
The problem today
What gets in the way today
Most studios run bookings through a mix of WhatsApp groups, a spreadsheet and a platform app. A client messages to ask what is free, someone checks and replies, and by then the slot has gone. Classes fill unevenly because nobody can see capacity at a glance.
Booking platforms fix part of that, but most charge every month and often per instructor, and a new client's first impression of your studio is someone else's app.

What pilates studios ask us
Can clients buy class packs online?
Yes. Packs and gift vouchers can be sold through PayFast or Ozow, and how the balance is tracked is set up to match how you run packs today.
How are cancellations handled?
Your cancellation window is shown before the client books, and the confirmation gives them a way to cancel, which frees the place for someone else.
Do we have to leave our current booking platform?
No. Your own system can replace it, or run alongside it while clients move across. If a platform's app brings you new clients, keep it until your own site does.
