Is there a contract?
Plans run month to month. If you would rather not be on a plan at all, pay a call-out fee each time you need something, quoted before any work starts.
What counts as a small change?
Updated prices, new photos, an extra service, a new staff member, or next year's public holidays on a booking system. Bigger additions, such as a new section or feature, are quoted separately.
Do I need a care plan?
No, it is optional. Most sites that are working for a business have one behind them, because without one nobody notices something is broken until a customer says so.
