The brief
What it had to do
Citrus Aura is a South African spiritual wellness brand created by Missmosh, a healer who prepares cleansing salts, bath soaks, scrubs, herbs and teas by hand, rooted in traditional cleansing practice.
Each preparation has a purpose, a way it is used and, for some, a warning, so the store had to explain every product properly. It also had to take payment without eating into the margin on a R200 product, and deliver anywhere in the country.

Step 01 A catalogue organised by ritual
Bath and body, cleansing salts, attraction salts, teas and herbs, with each product's purpose, ingredients, how to use it and its size.

Step 02 Care notes where they matter
Warnings such as not suitable for pregnant women sit on the product itself, and the range for children carries its own supervision note.

Step 03 A checkout with no gateway fees
Checkout shows the bank details and the total, and generates a unique reference for every order. The customer pays by EFT, taps I have paid, and the order is sent through automatically.

Step 04 Nationwide delivery through Paxi
Delivery to any of more than 2,800 Paxi points or to the door, with the cost added at checkout and free delivery over R1,000.

Personal consultations, custom blends, distance cleansing and ritual kits, each with its own enquiry.
